The Flames have lost six in a row at the Garden (0-5-1). They haven't won at MSG since Dec. 7, 2008.
Calgary is coming off a 5-3 loss against the Nashville Predators on Friday. The Flames have scored three or more goals in each of their past six games, going 4-2-0. They're fifth in the NHL in goals per game (3.71).
Flames goalie David Rittich will make his second start of the season. He allowed two goals on 26 shots in a 3-2 overtime win against the Colorado Avalanche on Oct. 13.
The Rangers will try to extend their points streak to three games (1-0-1). They've been off since Wednesday, when they lost 4-3 in overtime at the Washington Capitals, a day after they defeated Colorado 3-2 in a shootout at home.

Flames forward Elias Lindholm has five goals in seven games. He didn't score his fifth goal until his 19th game last season.
Rangers forward Chris Kreider has goals in each of the past two games and four in the past five.
