The Chicago Blackhawks will be able to select a potential game-changer at third overall in the 2019 NHL Draft on June 21 in Vancouver.
Among the top names are players like Jack Hughes from the USA Development Program. The dynamic center is projected to be the first-overall pick.
Finnish phenom Kaapo Kakko and Russian standout Vasily Podkolzin are NHL Central Scouting's top-ranked European skaters and will be among those mentioned as potential Blackhawks selections.
WHLers Kirby Dach from Saskatoon and Dylan Cozens from Lethbridge are also expected to be in play as top picks.
