Barclay was finally cleared to practice.

The team's Labrador Retriever puppy, named for Blues legend Barclay Plager, was adopted by the front office in October with the plan to train him to become a future assistance dog.

But on Thursday, 'Barc' as he is called for short, showed up at practice and displayed his skills.

The little guy showed off some impressive stickhandling skills on the ice.

Barclay has been pretty busy lately, whether it is posing for photos on his own Instagram account or playing fetch with legendary broadcaster Mike "Doc" Emrick.

After Thursday's practice, it's easy to see that Barclay is clearly the coolest dog around.
