ANA@LAK: Comtois redirects a Zegras pass in for a PPG

Max Comtois tied the game in the third period and scored the deciding goal in the third round of the shootout for the Anaheim Ducks in a 4-3 win against the Los Angeles Kings at Staples Center in Los Angeles in the preseason finale for each team.

Trevor Zegras had a goal and two assists, Kevin Shattenkirk had two assists, and Adam Henrique scored for Anaheim, which will open its season against the Winnipeg Jets at home Wednesday. John Gibson made 29 saves.
Zegras set up Comtois' goal on a 5-on-3 power play to tie the game 3-3 at 6:02 of the third period.
Gabriel Vilardi scored two goals, Vladimir Tkachev had a goal and an assist, and Sean Walker had two assists for Los Angeles, which will open its season against the Vegas Golden Knights at home Thursday. Jonathan Quick made 25 saves.
