All eyes on the NHL's 32nd franchise or so it seems. The league's two new national TV partners, ESPN and Turner Sports, revealed their schedules of 2021-22 regular season games with plenty of Kraken games on the lists.
The Kraken will appear 13 times between the two networks and their channels, which is the maximum number allowed in the broadcast partner agreements. For comparison, two-time defending Stanley Cup Tampa Bay will be featured 13 times as well.

Seattle's road opener at Vegas Oct. 12 will be televised as the second part of an opening night doubleheader on ESPN and ESPN+. Pittsburgh visits Tampa Bay in the early game and only other game Oct. 12.
After a five-game road trip-with four games on ROOT SPORTS Northwest and recently-announced fuboTV-the Kraken will open at Climate Pledge Arena Oct. 23. The game will be carried as one of 75 national games exclusively streaming on ESPN+ and Hulu.
ROOT SPORTS Northwest will broadcast the 69 games not televised on ESPN channels or Turner. The local network's first game is at Nashville Oct. 14, marking the debut of play-by-play announcer John Forslund and analyst JT Brown.
ROOT's first televised home game will feature the 2021 Stanley Cup finalist Montreal Canadiens in a historic return to Seattle Oct. 26. The Canadiens last played a professional game here a century-plus ago against the Seattle Metropolitans.
Turner Sports first nationally televised Kraken game will be Nov. 17 with Seattle hosting the Original Six franchise Chicago Blackhawks.
