Together with Amazon, Seattle Kraken were proud to host Tidal Shift - a community celebration with the Kraken Players to honor and benefit the good work of One Roof Foundation. On January 6, 2024, Climate Pledge Arena was transformed for this first-of-its-kind event, featuring curated Pacific Northwest culinary experiences, art, philanthropy, and a performance by Multi-GRAMMY Award-winning American rock band, Train. Seattle Kraken players joined in the effort to help us turn the tides of inequity in our community.

The story of both the Seattle Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena began with a commitment to make our future brighter and do things differently. One Roof Foundation is the philanthropic arm of both organizations, working to advance equity and sustainability by increasing opportunities to thrive for our most vulnerable young people and communities.
The nonprofit organization launched by the Seattle Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena leverages its resources and shared values to achieve social change in three specific target areas:
Youth Access To Hockey | Create access and opportunity in hockey and life for marginalized and BIPOC youth.
Youth Homelessness | Forge a holistic and long-term partnership with YouthCare to help end youth homelessness in our region.
Environmental Justice | Elevate the voices and support communities disproportionately impacted by climate change.
