Program Terms and Conditions
By exchanging your tickets and otherwise participating in the 2023-2024 Exchange for Kraken Account Credit Program (the “Program”), you (the “Season Ticket Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions (these “Terms”):
Eligibility / Number of EXCHANGES
Only the primary account holder of the Season Ticket Membership may exchange tickets for account credit (an “exchange”) under this Program.
Exchanges are subject to the following limits:
- Full Season Ticket Members: Full Season Ticket Members (applicable for only Ice Seats, WaFd & Symetra Club seats, Amex Hall, Space Needle, Lower Bowl, and Upper Bowl Full Season Ticket seats) may exchange tickets on up to eight (8) occasions per primary account.
- Half Season Ticket Members: Half Season Ticket Members (applicable for Amex Hall, Lower Bowl, and Upper Bowl) may exchange tickets on up to four (4) occasions per primary account.
The 8 and 4 game limits above apply to the number of transactions per account. These transaction limits apply even if you only exchange some (but not all) eligible tickets for a particular game. For example: If you have three season tickets and today you exchange two of those tickets to our season home opener, then you decide tomorrow to exchange the third ticket for that same game, this counts as two transactions toward your 8 or 4 game limit.
Note: Single-game purchasers, 5-game ticket pack purchasers, PitchBook Suite and Tunnel Club ticket holders -- and all other individuals who do not fall under the categories of Full Season Ticket Members and Half Season Ticket Members listed as eligible above – are not eligible for this Program.

RESTRICTIONS ON EXCHANGES
Once you transfer a ticket, it becomes ineligible for exchange. This restriction applies even if the ticket has been transferred to your seat partner and then transferred back to you.
Pre-season games and past games cannot be exchanged.
All exchanges must be completed at least 72 hours before the announced start time of the applicable game.
For Season Ticket Members using a payment plan: Exchanges are only available for games already paid for under your payment plan. Your payment plan will pay for games in chronological order. You are not able to exchange tickets for games later in the season that are not yet paid for under your payment plan. As you continue to make payments, later games will become available for exchanges under this Program. You can make additional payments at any time by logging into Seattle Kraken Account Manager.
The Seattle Kraken reserve the right to cap the overall number of tickets that may be collectively exchanged by Season Ticket Members, for any individual game. If you log into Account Manager (https://am.ticketmaster.com/nhlseattle) and exchanges are unavailable for a particular ticket, and you have not hit your 8 or 4 game maximum, check back later in case available ticket inventory has changed.
