WINNIPEG -Through four of the six games this home stand, the Winnipeg Jets have been picking up points in the competitive Central Division standings.
Mathieu Perreault scored his first of the season - and the eventual game-winner - in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Arizona Coyotes. He feels the Jets still haven't played their best game on the home stand, but look to improve on the 4-0-1 record on home ice tonight against the St. Louis Blues.
"They have a veteran group. They got some good players over the summer. They're a good team," said Perreault. "It's a divisional game. We've beat them and we've lost to Dallas so far in our division, so this will be a big one for us to get."

PREGAME | Mathieu Perreault

Perreault's goal against Arizona was the result of a strong shift from his line with Jack Roslovic and Brendan Lemieux. There was a quick review for goaltender interference, but it was upheld, and that was a cause for celebration for the trio, who get set to play their fourth game together tonight.
"It was nice to get rewarded for the hard work we've put in this year," said Perreault. "We've had some good games but haven't been able to score, so to be able to make a difference on a winning game is the best feeling in hockey."
It's the second meeting of the season between the Jets and Blues (2-3-2), a 5-1 decision back on Oct. 4 in St. Louis.
Head coach Paul Maurice says games against St. Louis have a different feel than others in the league.
"The league changes every year. We've been seeing it over the last few years - more speed and better defensive sticks," said Maurice. "It's not as physical of a league right now, unless we're playing Nashville or St. Louis. Then it gets banging."

PREGAME | Blake Wheeler

After Sunday's off day, every Jets player took to the ice for this morning's pre-game skate. Based on the win over Arizona, the Jets' expected line-up looks like this:
Connor-Scheifele-Wheeler
Ehlers-Little-Laine
Copp-Lowry-Tanev
Lemieux-Roslovic-Perreault
Morrissey-Trouba
Chiarot-Byfuglien
Morrow-Myers
Throughout the home stand, the Jets have had offence come from a number of different places.
The win over Arizona saw Josh Morrissey, Jacob Trouba, and Tyler Myers combine for seven points from the blue line, and Adam Lowry scored his fourth of the season late in the opening period.
It was Lowry's fourth of the campaign, a number he didn't reach until Dec. 7 last season. Maurice says that's a product of not just Lowry's hard work, but his whole line with Andrew Copp and Brandon Tanev.
"There was a long stretch last year somewhere in the November to January group, where that line - in terms of how our analytics judge chances for - was in the top ten in the league for a long time," said Maurice.
"Their strength is they defend in the offensive zone. That's what they've been really good at."

PREGAME | Josh Morrissey

As for Morrissey, his six assists this season are the most on the team, while his seven points are tied for the team lead with Kyle Connor.
"It's something that in junior and growing up was a big part of my game," Morrissey said of his offensive ability. "Being in the NHL the last few years, it's starting to come out a little bit. But sometimes you get hot and everything works for you. Maybe that's one of those times.
"I've worked hard to try to add a little bit of that to my game and add some elements to my game. Most importantly, that comes with team success if you've been playing really well. Just have to fight to keep that going."
Connor Hellebuyck was the first goaltender off the ice and is expected to start for the Jets.
Puck drop is set for 7 pm CT.
