What is the status of the 2020-21 NHL season?
The National Hockey League Players' Association (NHLPA) and National Hockey League (NHL) announced on Sunday, December 20, 2020 an agreement to play a 2020-21 regular-season schedule of 56 games beginning Wednesday, January 13, 2021, and concluding on May 8. Our Winnipeg Jets, along with the other 6 Canadian teams, will play in the North Division for the 2020-21 season.

Will you be sending out Season Seat invoices for the 2020-21 regular season?
Unfortunately, playing to either an empty or reduced capacity arena will not allow this year's execution of your Seat Holder Agreement for the 2020-21 season. Accordingly, invoices will not be used for the 2020-21 season.
When it is safe to welcome patrons into Bell MTS Place, rest assured enhanced COVID-19 protocols will be in place to ensure the safety and security of our patrons. Information will be communicated as we learn more.
What does this mean for my Seat Holder Agreement?
As we are unable to execute the terms and conditions of your Seat Holder Agreement and there is no obligation for you to purchase your season seats for the 2020-21 season, your Seat Holder Agreement has been extended by an additional year. All Primary Seat Holders received an email with their specific account information on Tuesday January 5, 2021.

What happens to credit of funds from un-played games during the 2019-20 season?
Recognizing that we will not be issuing invoices for the 2020-21 season, your credit for the four (4) un-played games from the 2019-20 season, will be applied to your 2021-22 season seat invoice.
In addition, as outlined in May 2020, the 3% discount that was to have been applied to your 20-21 invoice, offered in appreciation for leaving your credit on account with us during the pandemic, will now be applied to your 2021-22 invoice.
Will tickets to the 2020-21 NHL season be available for purchase?
We will be starting the 2020-21 NHL season without fans at Bell MTS Place. While we remain optimistic that we will be able to host fans in our venue at some point during the 2020-21 season, greater certainty is required in advance of making that determination.
Details regarding ticket packaging, pricing and availability have yet to be determined. While there will be no obligation to purchase, Season Seat Holders will be given priority access to purchase tickets should fans bepermitted at Bell MTS Place this season.
Will tickets to the 2021 Stanley Cup Playoffs be available for purchase?
We remain optimistic that we will be able to host fans in our venue at some point during the 2020-21 season, however, greater certainty is required in advance of making that determination. Information will be communicated as we learn more. Details regarding the execution of the 2021 Stanley Cup Playoffs are still to be determined. While there will be no obligation to purchase, Season Seat Holders will be given priority access to purchase playoff tickets should fans be permitted at Bell MTS Place.
When do you expect to distribute Season Seat Holder invoices for the 2021-22 season?
Invoices will be distributed via email in mid-March when we traditionally initiate the annual payment plan selection process, prior to the first payment processing on April 15, 2021.
With the Jets Rewards program winding down, when do you anticipate launching a new loyalty program/platform?
We are currently in the process of researching a new and improved program with the intent to launch for the start of the 2021-22 NHL Season. Season Seat Holders with Jets Rewards points on their account were sent a voucher for use online at TrueNorthShop.com, the Winnipeg Jets online retail store.
