The New York Islanders picked up a point in a 2-1 shootout loss to the Dallas Stars on Tuesday night at UBS Arena.
Anders Lee scored for the Islanders on the power play, while Jason Robertson found the back of the net for the Stars in regulation. The two teams battled through a scoreless overtime period, but the Dallas Stars were victorious in the shootout 1-0, with Jason Robertson scoring the lone and game-deciding goal.
Ilya Sorokin made 25 saves through 65 minutes.
