The New York Islanders' three-game win streak was spoiled, as they suffered a 4-1 loss to the Seattle Kraken on Sunday Night at Climate Pledge Arena.
Mat Barzal had the lone goal for the Islanders, but New York's overall offensive performance was not enough to counteract Seattle goals from Adam Larsson, Eeli Tolvanen, Oliver Bjorkstrand and an empty-netter from Brandon Tanev. Vince Dunn and Yanni Gourde each had a pair of assists.
Ilya Sorokin made 31 saves in the loss.
