The first 10,000 fans in attendance tonight will receive a Troy Terry bobblehead, presented by UCI Health.
Anaheim will look to bookend its three-game homestand with victories after suffering a
5-1 loss to Ottawa
in its annual Black Friday matinee.
"We were slow off the start," said forward Max Jones, who scored Anaheim's only goal. "Penalties were everywhere today. It ruins the flow of the game and there were a lot of them. It's hard to stick in it through those games like that and I think that's something we need to figure out moving forward."
The Ducks allowed a season-high eight power plays in the loss, which led to three Senators power-play goals.
"We certainly don't want to be going to the box the way our penalty kill has been going this year," Ducks coach Dallas Eakins said. "Every team in the league is the same. You don't want to take a penalty unless you're going to save a goal."
Anaheim hosts Seattle tonight in a rematch of Opening Night, a
thrilling comeback OT win on home ice
. The Ducks trailed by two with 10 minutes to play in regulation, but tied the game on goals by Frank Vatrano and Trevor Zegras before earning the dramatic victory in the extra session on a Troy Terry breakaway.
"To come back in front of these fans, it was infectious for us," Terry said that night. "You could feel the crowd...The crowd willed us there. It was opening night and it was one that they kind of willed us back."

Terry nets OT winner in 5-4 season opening victory

The Opening Night game-winner was just the start of another strong season for Terry, who paces Anaheim in scoring (8-13=21) and assists, and co-leads in goals. Terry also has eight points in four career games against the Kraken.

Seattle returns to Orange County sitting second in the Pacific Division (12-5-3, .675) and riding a four-game winning streak, including Friday's triumph over first-place Vegas.
"We needed two points," Kraken head coach Dave Hakstol
told reporters postgame
, downplaying any questions about the streak or measuring stick games. "We're not looking for a measuring stick. We're playing the game. We're playing to win games. They're an important two points on the road. We beat a good team here tonight. I'll take the points and move on."
Anaheim owns a 3-1-0 record against Seattle and a 2-1-0 mark at home. The Ducks will make two visits to Climate Pledge Arena later this season, on Mar. 7 and 30.
