Ducks Announce 2023-24 Promotional Schedule & Giveaway Schedule

The Ducks have revealed the club's 2023-24 Promotional Schedule, featuring 30 giveaway and theme nights at Honda Center in celebration of the team's 30th anniversary season. To kick off the season, on Opening Night (Oct. 15 vs. Carolina), all attendees will receive a light-up wristband and a t-shirt presented by Honda upon entry. Additionally, 10,000 fans will receive a 2023-24 season schedule courtesy of Bally Sports at departure.

The first 10,000 fans in attendance at select games throughout the season will enjoy various exclusive giveaways, including a Wild Wing holiday beanie (Dec. 21), a Mighty button-up shirt (Jan. 31), a duffel gym bag presented by UCI Health (Mar. 6) and a 30th anniversary blanket (Mar. 19).

Among the other giveaways, a special crewneck sweater presented by Herdez® brand salsa will be featured during the club's Día de Muertos celebration on Nov. 1. In honor of Military Appreciation Night on Nov. 10, fans will receive a boonie hat presented by Pacific Premier Bank. The tradition of the Lunar New Year commemorative coin giveaway will continue as the club celebrates the Year of the Dragon (Feb. 21).

The 30th anniversary season schedule will focus on three Legacy Nights, each celebrating a specific era of the franchise's history. The first Legacy Night (Nov. 12) will highlight the club's first decade (1993-94 to 2002-03) with a Paul Kariya bobblehead giveaway presented by UCI Health. The Ducks will continue the nostalgic trip through the team's second decade (2003-04 to 2012-13) with a Teemu Selanne bobblehead (Jan. 7). The final Legacy Night will honor the club's last 10 years (2013-14 to 2022-23) while celebrating the organizations' future with a Mason McTavish bobblehead (Apr. 5).

Another notable date is Wild Wing's Birthday Bash (Oct. 19), celebrating the franchise's beloved mascot with an array of fun activities and mascot shenanigans for all ages. Returning fan-favorite theme nights include Angels Night (Jan. 23) in addition to new annual celebrations, Pride Night (Jan. 5) and Women in Sports Night (Mar. 24), both of which are anticipated to make an impact in the arena as well as in the local community for the second year running.

The Ducks will continue their tradition of honoring local community heroes at Honda Center with a series of five Heroes Nights games. The club will host Military Appreciation Night presented by Pacific Premier Bank (Nov. 10), Law Enforcement Appreciation Night (Oct. 22), Healthcare Professionals Appreciation Night (Jan. 21), Educator Appreciation Night (Mar. 1) and Fire and Rescue Appreciation Night (Mar. 3). Each night will highlight and celebrate community heroes with signature Anaheim Ducks traditions, including Salute to Those Who Serve presented by Pacific Premier Bank, Community Spotlights, Zamboni rides during intermissions, video scoreboard recognition and many other activities (details to be announced).

The club will also host their annual community theme nights to support a variety of charitable partners across Orange County, including CHOC Day (Mar. 10), Go Orange for Orangewood (Mar. 21), Animal Rescue and Adoption Night (Apr. 7) and Green Night presented by Arrowhead Water (Apr. 9). The team will paint it lavender on Nov. 17 to help in the fight against cancer on the team's annual Hockey Fights Cancer Night presented by UCI Health, which raises awareness for the league-wide initiative. Many of the aforementioned promotional games will also integrate charitable organizations, along with We Care Wednesdays, which, for the fourth season, highlights a nonprofit partner at each Wednesday home game.

A notable addition to the promotional schedule is a series of Mighty Oath games providing Ducks fans with exclusive benefits and an enhanced gameday experience for home games throughout the season, including Oct. 22 vs. Boston, Nov. 5 and Dec. 27 vs. Vegas, Nov. 24 and Apr. 9 vs. Los Angeles and Jan. 21 vs. the New York Rangers. The promotional schedule will culminate with Fan Appreciation Night on Apr. 12 as the Ducks continue the fan-favorite "Jersey off Their Backs" presentation following the conclusion of the game.
