The Ducks have released their 2021-22 Promotional Schedule, which includes 22 giveaway and theme nights at Honda Center.
The first 10 thousand fans at select games will receive a variety of giveaways including a Dia de Muertos blanket presented by Herdez (Nov. 2), military hat presented by Pacific Premier Bank (Nov. 7), Wild Wing t-shirt presented by Honda (Nov. 28), Wild Wing sanitizer holder presented by UCI Health (Feb. 25) and much more. Fans can also be on the lookout for a mystery bobble head, presented by UCI Health and mystery gnome to be revealed at a future date. To kick off the season, ticketed fans will receive a pocket schedule presented by Bally Sports on opening night (Oct. 13).
The promotional schedule will also feature past fan favorites, including Dia de Muertos Night (Nov. 2), Native American Heritage Night presented by San Manuel Band of Mission Indians (Nov. 14), Star Wars Night (Dec. 12), Angels Night presented by McDonald's of Southern California (Jan. 6) along with paying tribute to our armed forces on Military Appreciation Night presented by Pacific Premier Bank (Nov. 7). In addition, the Ducks will host Law Enforcement (Nov. 28) and Firefighter (Mar. 6) Appreciation Nights during the season as well as Educator Night presented by MATT Construction on Mar. 18. New to this year's schedule is Lunar New Year Night (Jan. 21) with more details to come.
The Ducks will continue We Care Wednesdays, which highlights nonprofit partners on Wednesdays throughout the season. The Ducks will show their support for their numerous charitable partners across Orange County, including hosting OC Animal Care Night (Feb. 27), CHOC Night (Apr. 3) as well as many more. The team will paint it lavender on Nov. 18 to help in the fight against cancer on the team's annual Hockey Fights Cancer Night presented by UCI Health, which raises awareness for the league wide initiative. Special auctions and merchandise will be available for fans to bid on and buy, supporting these great charities.
In addition, the first 500 kids at any weekend Hockey Spot will receive a kid's hat presented by CHOC starting with Halloween (Oct. 31).
The Ducks will wear their third jersey at every Friday home game as well as Halloween and the Sunday, Nov. 28 contest following Thanksgiving.
The promotional schedule will conclude with Fan Appreciation Night on Apr. 24 and will continue a Ducks tradition of "Jersey off Their Backs." In addition, fans will be eligible to win a variety of additional prizes throughout the evening.
