They said it

"I played with [Hischier] for Switzerland in the 2016 World Junior Championship. He deserves everything he's achieved. He's a really humble guy. He'll play both ends of the rink really well; a good two-way player. I'm really happy to see him having the success in the NHL and showing everyone what he can do. It'll be fun playing against him." -- Sharks left wing Timo Meier on playing against Devils rookie center Nico Hischier
"We're never giving up, we're resilient and we never stop until it's over. Last year we had a hard time coming back and even closing out games, but now we're looking pretty good and everyone is pretty pumped about it." -- Devils goaltender Keith Kinkaid
