BROSSARD – The Canadiens were back on the ice for practice at the CN Sports Complex ahead of their departure for Tampa on Tuesday.

Forwards Josh Anderson and Juraj Slafkovsky and defenseman Mike Matheson did not take part in the session, however Matheson did skate briefly alongside Noah Dobson prior to the official practice.

The remaining 22 players were active on Tuesday:

Montreal’s top line of Cole Caufield, Juraj Slafkovsky and Nick Suzuki has been unusually quiet five-on-five through four games this series, but the Canadiens captain believes a breakthrough is coming.

“As a line and personally, I think there have been a lot more chances the last couple of games that just didn’t go in,” said Suzuki. “We just gotta keep creating and eventually it will turn our way. We’ve learned more as a line how to play against them, what works and how they’re defending us. I think we’re turning a corner here.”

Game 5 between the Canadiens and Lightning is set for 7:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday at Benchmark International Arena.
