STITTSVILLE – The Canadiens practiced at the Bell Sensplex outside of downtown Ottawa today, in preparation for Saturday’s game against the Senators at Canadian Tire Centre.

Following practice, head coach Martin St-Louis announced Cayden Primeau as the team’s starting goalie for tomorrow’s matchup in the Nation’s Capital.

Forward Jake Evans did not participate in today’s practice, opting for a therapy day instead.

Kaiden Guhle did not practice with his teammates in Ottawa. The defenseman remains day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

Ottawa has bested Montreal in each of their two meetings this season. Only one point separates the Habs and Sens in the League standings heading into tomorrow night’s contest.

Saturday’s game is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.
