MONTREAL -- The Canadiens continue to play good hockey both at home and on the road.

Here are all the ways for fans to connect with the Habs this week.
Come meet METAL!
Fans are encouraged to get to the Bell Centre early on Tuesday for their chance to meet METAL! for the very first time. The unofficial official mascot of Canadiens Reverse Retro games reemerged after nearly three decades of absence when he interrupted the team's first period intermission on Saturday.

Unofficial mascot METAL! debuts at Bell Centre

METAL! has announced his "residency" will begin at 5:45 p.m. in section M2, followed by a 6:15 p.m. appearance in the main concourse outside the flagship Tricolore Sports store. He suggests bringing earplugs given he insists on playing rock music LOUD wherever he goes. We shall see!

Hockey Fights Cancer
Throughout November, the 32 NHL teams and the entire hockey community come together to support all those living with or moving past cancer. The Canadiens will hold their Hockey Fights Cancer night on Saturday as they dedicate their matchup against the Flyers to the children of Leucan. The players will be wearing lavender jerseys during the pre-game warmup ahead of an emotional ceremony.

Owners of Habs NFTs: Export your digital collectibles by December 8
Earlier this month, the Canadiens were notified by the developers at DropShop that they will discontinue offering their NFT services to external clients. This means the Canadiens DropShop platform will be closing on December 8.
Owners of Canadiens digital collectibles will continue to be able to list, trade or sell their NFTs on open marketplaces such as OpenSea by following a few simple steps. The NFTs you own will remain yours by transferring them to an external wallet now.
After December 8, you will be able to access your NFTs via your external wallet instead of on the DropShop platform. Follow the
step-by-step guide
to keep your NFTs secure. Note that this is a required action that must be completed by December 8. For more details, please see the
updated FAQ
. If you are experiencing an issue not covered by the FAQ, please open a support ticket by clicking on ""Contact Support"" at the bottom of the page or send an email to [email protected].
In August 2021, the Canadiens launched their first-ever non-fungible token (NFTs) in the form of digital art collectibles that celebrate the team's run to the 2021 Stanley Cup Final. Since then, the team launched the Canadiens DropShop Marketplace and expanded their offering to some of the world's largest external marketplaces like OpenSea.
