Barbashev agrees to two-year contract

ST. LOUIS - Restricted free agent Ivan Barbashev has agreed to terms on a new two-year contract with the St. Louis Blues worth an annual average value of 1.475 million.

Barbashev played in 80 games for the Blues in the 2018-19 season, posting career highs in goals (14), assists (12) and points (26).
In the Stanley Cup Playoffs, Barbashev posted three goals and three assists (six points) in 25 games and was an intregal part of the effective fourth line throughout the postseason.
In 163 career NHL games - all with the Blues - Barbashev has 26 goals and 25 assists (51 points).
