RELEASE: Blackhawks medical update 9/14

The team provided updates on Brent Seabrook, Connor Murphy and Gustav Forsling

Chicago Blackhawks team physician Dr. Michael Terry today released the following medical update:
Defenseman Connor Murphy will be out of the lineup approximately eight weeks with a back injury.
Defenseman Brent Seabrook will be out of the lineup approximately oneweek with an abdominal injury.
As previously announced, Gustav Forsling continues to recover from surgery on his right wrist and remains out of the lineup.
In addition, the Chicago Blackhawks also announced that forward Jordan Maletta will not attend training camp. The current training camp roster stands at 57 players.
