TALKING POINTS:
"Makes so many plays out there. Just looked like we were out of it, but you're never really out of it because he makes a couple plays and then we're right back in it...Didn't want to be playing him as much as we did, obviously with 11 forwards we knew he was going to get more and then he was really good so we put him on the ice. He looked fresh the whole time." - Jeremy Colliton on Patrick Kane's night
"You have to toss it aside. Obviously, you take the positives and negatives from every game, but sometimes games like happen. We know when we're competing hard and playing as a team we can play with every team in the league and be competitive." - Duncan Keith on the loss to NJD
WHAT'S NEXT:The Blackhawks head to New York to face the Rangers on Thursday at 6 p.m. CT. The game can be seen on NBCSCH or streamed at NHL.TV or via the MyTeamsApp, and can be heard on WGN 720.
