Chicago Blackhawks team physician Dr. Michael Terry today released the following statement regarding defensemen Calvin de Haan and Brent Seabrook:

**RELEASE**: Saad Out Three Weeks; de Haan, Seabrook Out Remainder of Season
"Calvin de Haan and Brent Seabrook each underwent surgery today on their right shoulder. Both surgeries went well. We anticipate Calvin ready to return in four-to-five months. We anticipate full recovery for Brent following successful completion of his additional surgeries. Exact recovery time will be announced at that time."
