About the Stars
The Stars (6-6-4) lost 5-4 in overtime at Vancouver Sunday. The Stars had a 3-1 lead going into the third period, but the Canucks rallied to tie and scored with 1:20 left in regulation to send the game to overtime, where Markus Granlund won it. The Stars fell to 0-4 in 3-on-3 overtime this season.
"We give up four goals in 20-something minutes. It's no good. It's unacceptable," said Stars captain Jamie Benn. "We've got to be better [in overtime]. It's a will to win three-on-three and we haven't found a way to win that way."
The Stars picked up six of ten points on their five-game road trip by going 2-1-2. Tuesday's game opens a four-game homestand for the Stars. They'll play New Jersey, Colorado, Edmonton, and Minnesota.
Injuries: RW Patrick Sharp (concussion) and C Jason Spezza (lower body) are day to day. RW Jiri Hudler (illness), C Cody Eakin (knee), C/LW Mattias Janmark (knee) and RW Ales Hemsky (hip) are on injured reserve.

About the Devils
The Devils (8-3-3) won their fourth straight game Saturday, defeating Buffalo, 4-2. The Devils swept a home-and-home series with the Sabres after just sweeping a home-and-home with Carolina.
"Four wins in a row is huge for our confidence," Devils forward Taylor Hall, who recorded two assists, told media following the game. "The one thing it does do is put other teams on guard that we're a strong team. We're going to face these teams at their best, so we have to be ready for that."
Four different New Jersey players tallied goals in Saturday's win.
The Devils, who improved to 6-0-1 at home this season, now head out on a four-game road trip to Dallas, Anaheim, Los Angeles, and San Jose.
Forward Mike Cammalleri, who has missed the past two games for personal reasons, was not expected to travel with the team to Dallas.
LW Luke Gazdic cleared waivers and was assigned to Albany (AHL) on Monday.
Injuries: F Mike Cammalleri (personal) is out. D John Merrill (finger) and F Luke Gazdic (foot) are on injured reserve.
