We are the true believers

• Following a 3-1 victory over Philadelphia on Monday, the Stars look to make it a perfect 4-0 road trip Tuesday against the New Jersey Devils. These two clubs meet at Prudential Center for the first of two games during the 2021-22 regular season.
• Dallas has won three-straight games against the Devils and have earned points in 11 of its past 13 (8-2-3) games against them. At Prudential Center, the Stars have points in four of their past six outings (3-2-1).
• In the most recent meeting between the two clubs on Feb. 1, 2020, the Stars bested New Jersey in overtime, 3-2, in Newark. Forwards Joel Kiviranta and Joe Pavelski lit the lamp, with Pavelski netting the overtime game-winning goal. Goaltender Ben Bishop turned aside 29 of the 31 shots he faced.
• Pavelski has points in eight-straight games against New Jersey (six goals, three assists), his second-longest active point streak against a single opponent (longest: 10 straight vs. Ottawa). Pavelski leads all Stars players with 20 points (11 goals, nine assists) in 21 career games vs. the Devils.

Whenever there's a doubt, I just have to shout

• Forward Jason Robertson earned an assist in Monday's contest and now has points (three goals, three assists) in three consecutive games. He's also recorded points in 11 of his past 12, posting 18 points (eight goals, 10 assists) over that span.
• The Arcadia, Calif., native ranks second on the Stars in assists (22) and points (38) in 30 games this season, while he ranks third in goals (16).
• Robertson has now tallied 84 points (33 goals, 51 assists) in 85 regular-season games in his NHL career.
• His 84 points through 85 career games are the third-most in Stars franchise history trailing only Neal Broten (107 points) and Dino Ciccarelli (103 points).
• Robertson is the ninth NHL player in the past 20 years to record at least 84 points through his first 85 career games.

Another story, another memory
