On Fri., March 3, the Bay Area Chapter of Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) will honor the San Jose Sharks

Additionally, Chief Operating Officer John Tortora will be honored with a Triple-Impact Executive Award. PCA's Triple-Impact Executive award is given to an individual who models ethical business practice, integrity, discipline, work-ethic, and whose management style gets the most out of his employees. PCA will recognize John with this honor due to his reputation in the community as an executive, and for using his professional platform for the betterment of others.
Joining the two for a fireside chat will be Sharks General Manager and PCA National Advisory Board Member Doug Wilson. The panel will reflect on how the lessons learned from sports have played a role in their success. Finally, Sharks Radio Play-by-Play Announcer Dan Rusanowsky will serve as the master of ceremonies for the evening.
Additional event highlights include PCA presenting Bay Area student-athletes with a college scholarship award, recognition of Bay Area youth and high school coaches with a Double-Goal Coach® award, and a celebration of amazing and uplifting acts of sportsmanship and humanity in athletics.
