Jokipakka, 25, has appeared in 38 of the Flames' 64 regular-season games to date this season and has recorded six points (one goal, five assists) and 12 penalty minutes. He also played in two of Finland's three games at the 2016 World Cup of Hockey ahead of the current NHL campaign.
A native of Tampere, Finland, Jokipakka has recorded 28 points (three goals, 25 assists) and 34 penalty minutes over 147 career National Hockey League contests with Calgary and the Dallas Stars after being selected by the Stars with the team's seventh-round selection (195th overall) at the 2011 NHL Draft. He has also registered 26 points (eight goals, 18 assists) and 36 penalty minutes over 87 American Hockey League contests with Dallas' AHL affiliate, the Texas Stars.
Lazar, 22, has spent the entirety of his NHL career with Ottawa after being selected with the Senators' first-round pick (17th overall) in the 2013 NHL Draft. A native of Salmon Arm, B.C., Lazar has recorded 36 points (12 goals, 24 assists) and 36 penalty minutes over the first 176 games of his NHL career.
