What was the first career you dreamed of having as a kid?
Pro athlete
What was your first-ever job, and did it prepare you for the work you do today?
Working at my father's sporting goods store in my hometown, Shawville, QC. I often say, (almost) everything I need to know to be successful in life I learned there.
What's the best piece of career advice you've ever been given, or what advice do you like to give others?
Learn fast. Surround yourself with high character high performing people.
What is a quality you admire most in others (personal or professional)?
Grit and grace.
What motivates you to keep pushing and be successful?
Passionate about building great teams that accomplish uncommon results.
What do you consider to be your greatest achievement to date?
Playing a small role in mentoring many young coaches in the field.
Describe a moment where you proudly thought to yourself, "I can't believe this is my job!"

What sports did you play, and enjoy most or least, growing up?
Played everything. Favorites were hockey, basketball, volleyball, softball.
If you could instantly become an expert in anything, what would it be and why?
Guitar. I play a little. Would love to be great.
What are your hobbies and why do you enjoy it/them?
Family, food/wine, hiking/trail running with my golden retriever.
Do you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert, and how does it impact your work?
Hybrid. Enjoy people, but also love to time alone to recharge, workout and read.
