Will Arnett joins NHL on TNT show

Will Arnett submitted his audition to become the next Toronto Maple Leafs goalie.

The Canadian actor joined the NHL on TNT crew Wednesday for some fun in the studio.
Arnett, who sported a blazer with the Maple Leafs logo, jumped in goal and showed off his skills making saves against Anson Carter, Rick Tocchet and Wayne Gretzky.
"As a kid growing up in Toronto, Wayne, and watching that iconic video of you and then you shooting pucks on me, man, that was unbelievable and a real honor," Arnett said to Gretzky after.
Playing goalie was not the only fun Arnett had on the intermission report. He stuck around to talk about his beloved Maple Leafs and how he feels they are not far off from success.

If the goalie thing doesn't work out for Arnett, maybe the hockey analyst thing will.
