The Pittsburgh Penguins center scored another goal by batting a puck out fo midair on Thursday against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Early in the game Thursday, Crosby got a rebound and tried to put it back, but after Blue Jackets goalie Sergei Bobrovsky saved it the puck popped up, Crosby still moving to his left, struck the puck in the air and smacked a one-hopper into the net. While it put the Penguins up 1-0 at the time, it was theier only goal in a 7-1 loss.
It's the third time Crosby has scored in that style this month.
Back on December 12 in a 7-0 win against the Arizona Coyotes, Crosby put back an Evgeni Malkin shot over the left shoulder of goalie Louis Domingue.
On December 1, in what was perhaps the prettiest one of all, Crosby somehow banked in a puck off the back of Dallas Stars goalie Antti Niemi.
