Carrier at lemonade stand

William Carrier already had his own Cup, so why not swing by for a quick glass of lemonade?

The Carolina Hurricanes forward – during his day with the Stanley Cup on Saturday in Quebec – came across two young fans running their own lemonade stand and stopped by for a taste.

Wearing his Stanley Cup championship jersey and hat, the Quebec native posed for a photo with the two fans. And the Cup, of course.

To go along with the lemonade, Carrier hit up Patate Mallette, a local restaurant in Beauharnois, where he enjoyed a serving (or two) of poutine out of the Cup's bowl.

Before tasting all the grub, Carrier brought the Cup to Éperviers Park in L’Île-Perrot, where he met with dozens of kids in his hometown to show them the trophy.

"I wanted to share this with the kids," Carrier said. "I was lucky enough to see the Cup when I was younger, and it motivated me to win it. If I was able to motivate a few of them today, I’m happy.”
