Scottie Upshall is out indefinitely for the St. Louis Blues with a left kidney laceration.
The 34-year-old forward was injured in a 6-0 loss to the Arizona Coyotes on Saturday. He played the past two games after missing 10 with an MCL sprain.

Upshall has 19 points (seven goals, 12 assists) in 63 games in his third season with the Blues (43-29-6), who trail the Colorado Avalanche by one point for the second wild card into the Stanley Cup Playoffs from the Western Conference with one game in hand.
The Blues host the Washington Capitals on Monday (8 p.m. ET; NHLN, TVAS, FS-MW, NBCSWA, NHL.TV) and the Chicago Blackhawks on Wednesday before playing their final game at the Avalanche on Saturday. The NHL regular season concludes Sunday, and the playoffs begin April 11.
