Ducks captain Getzlaf out against Coyotes

Center day-to-day with lower-body injury

Anaheim Ducks captain Ryan Getzlaf will not play against the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday because of a lower-body injury.
Getzlaf sustained the injury in a 3-2 shootout win against the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday.

The center had an 11-game point streak (five goals, 12 assists) that ended Sunday.
The Ducks said he is day-to-day.
