Penguins Rings Short Shifts

Now that is a ring with some serious bling.

The Pittsburgh Penguins showed off their

Monday, and there is ice to spare.
Ring creator Jostens unveiled the ring design and Penguins players, coaches and staff received their rings at the Carnegie Museum of Art in a private ceremony.

The ring features over 200 diamonds, including 10 yellow diamonds that make up the background of the Penguins logo atop the ring. Each player will have his name and number and the phrase "Back 2 Back" with two Stanley Cups on the left side of the ring.
The defining part of the ring, however, is the number five, which replaces the eye in the Penguins logo as a nod to their five Stanley Cup championships.
