At 8:56 of third period in the Flyers/Senators game, the Situation Room initiated a video review to determine whether the puck was deflected directly into the Ottawa net off the official. The review was initiated in reference to Rule 78.5 (iii) which states, "Apparent goals shall be disallowed by the Referee . . . when the puck has deflected directly into the net off an official."Video review supported the Referee's call on the ice that the puck entered the Ottawa net in a legal fashion.
