Following a commanding Game 7 win by the Eastern Conference champion Washington Capitals, NHL Network today announced its 2018 Stanley Cup Final coverage plans, featuring more than 70 hours of live programming from Las Vegas, NV and Washington, DC. NHL Network's comprehensive on-site coverage begins with Media Day this Sunday, May 27.
Each day throughout the Stanley Cup Final, NHL Network will provide in-depth previews, interviews, highlights and analysis across its programming each day, featuring 2003 Stanley Cup champion Mike Rupp along with fellow analysts E.J. Hradek, Mike Johnson, Brian Lawton, Barry Melrose and Kevin Weekes, and hosts and reporters Jamison Coyle, Jamie Hersch, Tony Luftman and Jackie Redmond. In addition to its existing distribution, a free preview of NHL Network will be offered to DISH and Verizon FiOS customers nationwide, to Cox customers in Las Vegas and Virginia, to Comcast customers in Washington, DC and Baltimore, and to RCN customers in Washington, DC.
