McDavid, NHL stars appear in group photo to mark start of 2018-19 season

Kuznetsov, Oshie of Cup champion Capitals highlight image from Player Media Tour

To celebrate the start of the 2018-19 NHL season, the League released a photo of 33 of the League's brightest stars.

The players were photographed at the NHL and NHLPA's North American Player Media Tour in Chicago on Sept. 6-7.
Evgeny Kuznetsov and T.J. Oshie represent the Stanley Cup champion Washington Capitals in the photo. Also featured are Hart Trophy winner Taylor Hall of the New Jersey Devils and Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers, who won the Art Ross Trophy as the NHL points leader.
The season begins Wednesday with four games, including the Capitals hosting the Boston Bruins at Capital One Arena (7:30 p.m. ET; NBCSN, TVAS).
