Anthony Beauvillier agreed to terms on a two-year contract with the New York Islanders on Wednesday. Financial terms were not released.

The 22-year-old forward, who was a restricted free agent, had 28 points (18 goals, 10 assists) in 81 regular-season games with the Islanders last season and two points (one goal, one assist) in eight Stanley Cup Playoff games.
Selected by New York in the first round (No. 28) of the 2015 NHL Draft, Beauvillier has 88 points (48 goals, 40 assists) in 218 games.
