Gritty shows up at Phantoms game, hitches ride with counterpart

Gritty is King of the World.

The Philadelphia Flyers mascot introduced himself to the crowd at the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, riding on the front of an ATV, arms extended to Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On," the hit song that accompanied the 1997 blockbuster movie "Titanic."

Driving Gritty was Phantoms mascot meLVin. The Phantoms are the Flyers' AHL affiliate.
The two seemed to get along well.

It's been a week of big entrances for Gritty, who introduced himself for the
first time at Wells Fargo Center
by dropping from the rafters to Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball."
