Claude Giroux, Mark Streit

Each day this season, NHL.com's fantasy staff will provide daily picks for DraftKings NHL contests. This lineup has been constructed with expensive and value picks and should be used as a basis for your roster decision-making.
NOTE: This lineup is for nine-game Saturday contests beginning at 7 p.m. ET.

C - Claude Giroux, PHI ($6,500)
The Philadelphia Flyers are reeling of late, but have a chance to start fresh after a five-day break at home against the New Jersey Devils, who will be on the second of a back-to-back set Saturday. Giroux has 34 points in 36 career regular-season games against the Devils, and is due for a goal with none in his past 11 games (seven assists in span). He has 21 points in 23 home games and enters Friday first in the NHL in power-play points (21).
C - Nathan MacKinnon, COL ($5,600)
It's been a disappointing season for MacKinnon and the Colorado Avalanche, but he is at least turning his individual performance around of late. He has at least 5.5 DraftKings points in four of his past five games and has 18 shots on goal in his past five. He has 17 points and 74 SOG in 21 road games (4.0 DraftKings points per game) and is available for a season-low DFS price at the San Jose Sharks.

W - Mark Stone, OTT ($5,500)
Stone has two assists, one block and eight SOG (4.3 DraftKings points per game) in two games against the Toronto Maple Leafs, and has 16 points in 19 road games. He has at least 3.0 DraftKings points in seven of his past nine games, and is playing well on the Ottawa Senators' second line with Derick Brassard and Zack Smith and first power-play unit with defenseman Erik Karlsson.
W - Jonathan Drouin, TBL ($5,500)
Drouin has been outstanding in his past 10 games with nine points and 30 SOG (3.8 DraftKings points per game), giving him 30 points in 39 games. He has become a high-floor daily fantasy pick with at least four SOG in five of his past six games. He's second on the Tampa Bay Lightning in goals (14) and SOG (112) and third in PPP (14). The Lightning visit the Arizona Coyotes, who have been outscored 59-45 at home this season.
W - Justin Williams, WSH ($5,000)
Only John Tavares of the New York Islanders has more goals (seven in five games) than Williams (five in five) in the past 10 days. Williams has a surprisingly low DraftKings price even after 11 points, five blocks and 24 SOG in his past 10 games. He faces the Dallas Stars, who are allowing the third-most DraftKings points to opposing right wings. You should target at least one Washington Capitals player considering they have scored four or more goals in each of their past six games.
D - Nick Leddy, NYI ($4,500)
Leddy has at least 2.0 DraftKings points in eight of his past nine games, and is averaging 3.7 DraftKings points per game in his past 10. The Islanders face the Los Angeles Kings in the second game of a huge six-game homestand after a 3-0 win against the Stars on Thursday in Doug Weight's coaching debut. Leddy remained on the first power-play unit with Tavares and is an affordable option who can have multiple points, blocks and/or SOG on any given night.
D - Mark Streit, PHI ($4,000)
Streit has a better points-per-game average (.52) than Kings defenseman Drew Doughty (.51), yet is $1,400 cheaper in DraftKings against the Devils on Saturday. Seven of Streit's 17 points in 33 games have come on the power play, and he has been knocking at the door with a combined nine SOG in two games since returning from a shoulder injury.

G - Devan Dubnyk, MIN ($8,000)
Dubnyk has been dominant at home and is a no-brainer to spend up for with so many affordable skaters on this nine-game slate. He is 13-5-0 with a .927 SV% and three shutouts at Xcel Energy Center, and stopped 23 of 24 shots faced against the Anaheim Ducks on Jan. 8. He's 8-2-0 in his past 10 games, leads all goalies in DraftKings points per game on the season (5.8), and should come out on top of a low-scoring affair against another stingy goalie in John Gibson.
UTIL - Sean Monahan, CGY ($5,400)
Monahan has points in four straight games, totaling four goals, two assists and 18 SOG in the span. He has nine points and 36 SOG in his past 10 games, and has been especially dangerous at home with 21 points in 25 games. He has also been strong against the Edmonton Oilers with two goals, one block and eight SOG in three games (3.5 DraftKings points per game). He's usually priced in the upper $5,000 range, so take advantage of the discount.
