At 14:44 of the first period in the Senators/Rangers game, New York requested a Coach's Challenge to review whether Ottawa was off-side prior to Mark Stone's goal.

After NHL Hockey Operations staff reviewed all available replays and consulted with the linesmen, the call on the ice was upheld - good goal Ottawa Senators.

Since the Coach's Challenge did not result in the original call being overturned, the New York Rangers forfeit their time-out.
