TUCSON, Ari. --Isac Lundestrom had a goal and two assists for the Anaheim Ducks in a 3-2 win against the Arizona Coyotes at Tucson Convention Center on Sunday.
Lundestrom assisted on goals by Pavol Regenda (15:57) and Tristan Luneau (18:54) in the first period, then scored a power-play goal at 15:44 of the second period to give the Ducks a 3-1 lead. Luneau also had an assist, and Rocco Grimaldi had three assists for Anaheim in its first preseason game. Lukas Dostal made 18 saves. Christian Fischer had a goal and an assist, and Liam O'Brien scored for the Coyotes. Karel Vejmelka started and allowed three goals on 18 shots. Anson Thornton made four saves in relief. O'Brien gave Arizona a 1-0 lead at 7:13 of the first, and Fischer scored with 1:25 left in the third period for the 3-2 final.
