Maple Leafs Reduce Roster

The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that the hockey club has reduced its roster to 43 players (25 forwards, 14 defencemen and four goaltenders).

Defencemen Andrew Nielsen and Rasmus Sandin have been loaned to the Toronto Marlies (AHL), while forward Semyon Der-Arguchintsev has been loaned to Peterborough (OHL).
The Maple Leafs return to action tonight when they visit the Montreal Canadiens at the Bell Centre at 7:30 p.m. ET.
