The New York Islanders overcame a slow start and a 3-1 deficit the score a 4-3 OT win over the Calgary Flames on Monday night at UBS Arena.
Noah Dobson scored the OT winner on the power play with 58 seconds to play, capping a comeback that started with a teriffic two-goal third period. Anders Lee and Kyle Palmieri scored 59 seconds apart in the third, while Sebastian Aho scored his first goal of the season.
Mikael Backlund had a pair of goals, while Elias Lindholm scored for the Flames.
With the win, the Islanders have won six of their last seven games and snapped a four-game losing streak to the Flames.
