Aho Skates Mar 27

Sebastian Aho hit the ice for optional morning skate with the Islanders on Monday morning ahead of the team's matchup against the New Jersey Devils.
"It indicates to me he's getting closer [to returning]," Head Coach Lane Lambert said after Monday's skate. "It was nice to see him out there with the group."

Aho missed three games with an upper-body injury and skated for the first time with the team since being sidelined. Samuel Bolduc has slotted into the lineup in place of Aho.
"Sebastian has played very well all year long," Lambert said. "Sam came in and he's played well. He's a big body, he's got a longer reach etc., but there are differences to both their games, and there are strengths to both their games."
The 27-year-old defenseman has set new career-highs in goals (5), assists (16), points (21) and games played (66) in his fourth season with the Islanders.
