Welcome to the Islanders Prospect Report, a weekly roundup of the Islanders' junior, collegiate and European prospects. Visit our In the System page for more prospect content.
Here are this week's updates on Islander prospects:

Lennox made a few highlight-reel saves in November, including a sprawling glove save that earned him OHL Save of the Night recognition on Nov. 24.
Since the calendar has flipped over to December, Lennox is 0-1-1, falling 4-3 in OT to the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds on Friday and 6-3 to the Sarnia Sting on Saturday. The losses snapped Lennox's six-game winning streak.
Despite that, Lennox and the Saginaw Spirit sit in first place in the OHL's Western Conference with a 17-7-2 record.

GEORGE NAMED PERFORMER OF THE NIGHT

Isaiah George was named OHL Performer of the Night after his first multi-point effort of the season on Nov. 29 against the Guelph Storm. George scored the game-winning goal after winning a puck battle along the boards and tallied an assist on the power play in the 6-2 win.
George also tallied a primary assist on Dec. 4 in the Knights' 5-4 win over the Mississauga Steelheads. The Knights are currently on an eight-game win streak and sit in second in the OHL's Western Conference standings with a 17-7-1 record.

JEFFERIES TALLIES FOUR POINT GAME, NAMED CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Alex Jefferies was stellar in Merrimack College's weekend series against No. 8 UConn. Jeffries scored Merrimack's only goal in a 3-1 loss on Nov. 29, and then posted a four-point game (1G, 3A) in Merrimack's 7-3 victory over the Huskies on Dec. 2.
Jefferies found open net after a strong pass play on the power play to pull the score to 4-2. He also earned primary assists on the goal to tie the game at 1-1 late in the first, and on the power play to pull the score to 5-3 late in the second.
The four-point game is a career-high in a single game for Jefferies at Merrimack. Jefferies was named Hockey East Co-Player of the Week for his efforts. Jefferies leads the team in scoring with 20 points (6G, 14A) in 15 games this year. Merrimack is currently ranked No. 12.
