LAST TIME OUT
Vegas didn't get the effort it wanted in a 4-1 loss to the Boston Bruins on November 11. Cody Eakin scored the team's only goal off a nice pass from Alex Tuch, but the Golden Knights struggled in their own zone and were outmuscled by the Bruins.
STREAKS
Eakin is on a four-game point streak. He scored a point in each of the Golden Knights four games on their road trip last week and notched two goals and two assists in that span.
Tuch has points in his last three games and has collected one goal and three assists in that period.
Vegas has won two straight games at T-Mobile Arena.
TOP SCORERS VS. ANAHEIM

Ryan Reaves is the leading goal scorer against Anaheim with six goals in his career against the Ducks. Max Pacioretty (4G, 3A) has seven points against Anaheim while Shea Theodore has one goal and one assist in three games against the team that drafted him.

OPPOSITION UPDATE
Since falling to the Golden Knights, 3-1, on Oct. 20, the Ducks have endured a stumble in the standings. They've gone 3-6-2 in their last 11 tilts and now have 19 points overall.
Rickard Rakell leads the club in scoring with 13 points (3G, 10A) through 19 games. Ryan Getzlaf (12 points), Jakob Silfverberg (10 points), Cam Fowler (10 points) and Hampus Lindholm (10 points) have each hit double-digits in scoring for the Ducks and will be leaned upon heavily as they try to return to a playoff spot.
KEYS TO THE GAME
All Around Effort: When these teams last met, the Golden Knights won the game because of their solid play up and down their lineup. Marc-Andre Fleury was solid in net, the defense allowed only 18 shots, and a 45-shot effort yielded goals from William Karlsson, Reaves and Marchessault.
Limit Quality Chances: Vegas has done a good job of keeping opposing teams from peppering its net, but the goals the Golden Knights have allowed this season often came from grade-A chances. They'll have to continue the trend of forcing opponents outside while also protecting the middle of the ice.
