Can't Wait List FAQs

How do I join the Can't Wait List and how does it work?

A one-time non-refundable deposit(s) of either $100, $250 or $500 (determined by seat location) per seat is required (maximum of 8 seats, minimum of 1) to join the VGK Can't Wait List.

What is my seat deposit applied towards?

The seat deposits can be applied toward the purchase of Vegas Golden Knights Full Season Memberships.

If I am a current season ticket member do I need to place Can't Wait List Deposits to purchase additional seats?

As a member you will be provided an opportunity to add on and upgrade seats, separate of the Can't Wait List selection.

If I am only interested in a partial ticket package, should I place a deposit on the Can't Wait List?

If you are interested in a smaller ticket package (11 games or less) you are encouraged to place Partial Season Deposits ($50 per seat) through our Partial Season Memberships page.

What happens if I decide I no longer want a season membership?

You can opt out of the membership and annual fee at any time; your deposit and membership fee are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

What if I move or lose my job?

In cases of loss of job, relocation, deployment, and serious illness, the Vegas Golden Knights reserve the right to refund deposits and/or membership fees (with written proof). All refunds are at the discretion of VGK.

Can I transfer my wait list spot to someone else?

Yes, there is a $250 fee to transfer your wait list deposit.

What happens if I do not prefer the seats offered to me?

If the seats are within your deposit location, you will be required to take those seats or lose your priority/current position on the Can't Wait List. If they are not in your deposit location, you may pass without losing your priority.

If I am offered less seats than my deposit number do I have to take them?

If we do not offer you the number of seats equal to your deposit amount it will not affect your priority if you decline.

What if I want to purchase more seats than I have deposits?

Please contact your Account Executive to add additional deposits. You will be limited to purchase the number of seats to the correlating amount of deposits on file.

Can I add more deposits if I need more seats without hurting my priority?

Yes, the maximum is 8 deposits per account.

How do I know how close I am to selecting seats?

A VGK Account Executive will reach out to you via phone and email nearing your time of selection. It is important that we have your most up-to-date contact information.
