SEASON SERIES
The Golden Knights skated to a 5-4 overtime win in their only previous matchup against the Predators on Dec. 31. Nicolas Hague potted the overtime winner as Vegas survived Nashville's two-goal comeback to force overtime. Chandler Stephenson (1G, 2A) and Mark Stone (3A) each had three points for the Golden Knights while Keegan Kolesar (1G, 1A) also had a multi-point night. Filip Forsberg had a hat trick for the Predators as he scored three of the team's four goals.
LAST TIME OUT
The Golden Knights dropped their final game of their four-game road trip as they lost to the New York Islanders, 2-1, in overtime on Jan. 28 at UBS Arena. William Carrier scored the only goal for the Golden Knights who finished the trip with an 0-2-2 mark. Mathew Barzal scored the overtime winner for New York.

The Predators found their rhythm before the break as they won three games in a row including a 6-4 win against the New Jersey Devils as they look to get back into the playoff picture in the Western Conference. Filip Forsberg (19G, 22A) and Roman Rosi (12G, 29A) are tied atop the scoring chart for the Predators with 41 points each.
