Marc-Andre Fleury made 33 stops to lead the Vegas Golden Knights (18-6-1) to a 5-1 victory against the St. Louis Blues (14-9-5) on Saturday night at Enterprise Center.
HOW IT WENT DOWN
Shea Theodore opened the scoring as he beat Ville Husso inside the left post. After a scoreless second period, Mark Stone potted his eighth goal of the year to put the Golden Knights ahead, 2-0, in the third. Sammy Blais answered to cut the Vegas lead to one, but Max Pacioretty rebuilt the two-goal advantage for the Golden Knights three minutes later. Stone buried another goal midway through the frame and Alex Tuch added an empty-net goal as Vegas closed its trip with a 5-1 win.
