The Vegas Golden Knights host the Pittsburgh Penguins for their final meeting of the season Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena. Pittsburgh pulled off a 4-2 victory when the teams met on Oct. 11 when the Golden Knights were enduring a tough start to the season.
Each team has put up impressive numbers this season and there are some similarities in the respective stats that the Golden Knights and Penguins have put up.

5 - The Golden Knights rank fifth in the NHL in goals-against per game as they've allowed an average 2.65 goals through 49 games this season. The Penguins rank fifth in the league in goals-for per game with an average of 3.52 tallies each game.
6 - Marc-Andre Fleury has recorded six shutouts this season. He has one more shutout than Pittsburgh's tandem of Casey DeSmith (two shutouts) and Matt Murray (three shutouts) combined.
8 - From Dec. 21 to Jan. 4, the Penguins strung together an eight-game win streak. The Golden Knights had a seven-game win streak around the same time as they won each game they played from Dec. 27 to Jan. 8.
9 - Alex Tuch, Phil Kessel and Evgeni Malkin have each put together a nine-game point streak this season. Tuch's streak ran from Dec. 27 to Jan. 12 when he registered 11 points (3G, 8A). Kessel had points in nine straight from Nov. 10-27 when he collected 12 points (3G, 9A). Malkin's production from Oct. 11 to Nov. 1 saw him post 17 points (6G, 11A) in nine games.
19 - Vegas has won 19 games since Nov. 21 and has a record of 19-4-3 in that stretch. Pittsburgh has a similar record in that span at 18-7-2.
26 - The Penguins have a goal differential of +26 this season (163 goals-for, 137 goals-against). Vegas isn't far off that mark at +16 (147GF, 131 GA). Pittsburgh and Vegas are two of 14 teams in the league with positive goal differentials as of Jan. 17.
992 - Fleury (691), Deryk Engelland (243) and Ryan Reaves (58) have collectively played a total of 992 games for the Penguins in their respective careers. Fleury was with the Penguins for Engelland's entire tenure with the team, but neither of them played with Reaves in Pittsburgh.
